Was very pleased at how well Courtney was treated and helped in the sett the place changed her live and was told about everything form her key worker very happy.

The sett gives a great environment for recovery. The staff are all very patient and professional. Winnie was able to continue with her interest and hobbies which I feel helped her.
Area of improvement: looking at a different approach on the CPA meeting a more relaxed meeting room, so its not such an imposine experience.
